Rascals, Independently owned and operated, opened in December 1994. Through out the years we have grown and became part of Apple Valley.Our bar and entry area is filled with the faces of people who have "Touched Our Lives". Beginning with the people who helped us start the restaurant, vendors, staff, customers, and friends. Over the years also adding local business people, city employees coaches, etc... Each of whom not only touched our lives, but also are important to Apple Valley.In 2004 (our 10th anniversary) we added photo's of young people we watched growing up from Apple Valley, who are now living their dream. Their careers cover the gamut. Several years ago, we were asked by friends to provide a BBQ picnic at their place of business. That simple request led to several more; all with varied venues, and each with their own special needs. There were no menus! Our question was, âwhat do you want to serve?â, and the menu choices went from hot dogs on the âDweberâ to lobster and steak.Thanks to all our friends who turned to us for those special occasions and trusted us to take care of each and every detail. Our experience and confidence grew greatly.Itâs simpler now. We have developed menus to make it easier for all of you to choose. Breakfast . . . Lunch . . . Dinner. . .and Appetizers . . . at Rascals, your office, your home or a banquet facility.We will eliminate your worries and take care of every detail from set-up to tear-down.
