Dear Friends,

    Rascals opened in December of 1994 and we had achieved our dream – a neighborhood restaurant with great food, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Our guests are not only our customers, but also our friends, and our staff (past and present), is our family. Apple Valley is our place of business, but also our community and home.
Several years ago, we were asked by friends to provide a BBQ picnic at their place of business. That simple request led to several more; all with varied venues, and each with their own special needs.
There were no menus! Our question was, “what do you want to serve?”, and the menu choices went from hot dogs on the “Dweber” to lobster and steak.
Thanks to all our friends who turned to us for those special occasions and trusted us to take care of each and every detail. Our experience and confidence grew greatly.
It’s simpler now. We have developed menus to make it easier for all of you to choose. Breakfast . . . Lunch . . . Dinner. . .and Appetizers . . . at Rascals, your office, your home or a banquet facility.
We will eliminate your worries and take care of every detail from set-up to tear-down. Our presentation will only enhance the wonderful food we serve.
